            Is a uniquely created program that promotes awareness about gang violence and domestic violence. It’s an opportunity for ex-gang members to give back to their communities by being trained to run workshops as advocates on these issues. By telling the truth about gangs and that lifestyle. The real truth about the life a person will subject himself to when they make a decision to join a street gang. It’s a program who will allow fathers to advocate about domestic violence. By being trained to run workshops on the domestic violence that occurs in our household. Not only about the act itself but also what leads up to the part-taking of domestic violence. It teaches which red flags to recognize there for being able to avoid situations that wind up in court.

          This program is designed to bring a collective group of men together to share their experiences and wisdom in support of fatherhood. By coming together to acknowledge and discuss the effects a young child has from a lack of a father's guidance. It will teach fathers how to teach their children the lessons that are the most important to know in life. How the true meaning of life itself is family and love. How broken homes create drug dealers, gang members and promote domestic violence. This program is unique because not only does it advocate against two major issues on the rise such as gang activity and domestic violence. It allows for men to start taking responsibility for their lack of inexperience and participation in the raising of their own children and fatherhood. The workshops are designed for these men to understand the ideology of what being a real man is about. So they may teach it forward to their own families.

         By outlining the lessons a father should be teaching his son or daughter. As far as what to expect to go through in life. How to deal and cope when facing those unavoidable experiences in life. By promoting the awareness of these major factors in life we can begin moving together as a society in teaching true family morals once again. The main reason why the crime rate is so high is because most households lack family morals that are not being taught in the homes we come from. Inspiring Today’s Youth is not only unique because it advocates against gangs and domestics. It will also help create jobs that are in demand of being fulfilled. Where the men who teach or participate in these workshops are inspired to further their education and to improve their living conditions through their values of family orientation. Not only will this program work closely with schools and community centers. Most importantly it will work closely with the courts by taking referrals of clients sent by the courts. Allowing the men who teach these workshops to also serve as advocates for other services such as health, clothing, housing, employment and education
